Construction has officially begun.
This whole-house renovation is reworking the layout from the inside out. Interior walls are coming down to create a more open main floor, with a new kitchen and updated bathrooms planned throughout.
We have removed the interior staircase to make way for a separate legal basement suite with its own side entrance. The video captures the work underway; a full transformation video will follow when the project is complete.

From the trades
to building a portfolio.
I started my career as an electrician. Five years later, I built my own electrical company.
That company grew to 32 employees and generated more than $1.2 million in revenue in 2025. I brought the same drive and practical mindset into real estate, where I've invested across Alberta for the past three years and grown my holdings to 22 rentals.
My first corporate BRRRR project showed me the potential of renovating and refinancing: I recovered most of the capital I had put into renovations, holding costs and legal fees. Since March 2026, I've purchased 13 houses to flip. Several have sold, a couple are listed, and the rest are under construction.
The right partnership can multiply what's possible.
Since launching Plourde Investment Group, I've partnered with five people on real estate projects. Each collaboration has brought different strengths to the table, and together we've completed successful projects and built more than we could have alone.
